Empowerment

WIE affinity group directly works for women empowerment by providing them technical and theoretical knowledge in every possible sectors to prove their efficiency and activision. WIE AIUB AG believe that this empowerment will help our future women engineers because many people do not view engineering as a suitable and sustainable career option for women ,we must dispel those myths and prove that we are just as good as our male counterparts.

Humanitarian

Keeping in line with the second half of the IEEE tagline of “for humanity… “, WIE affinity group directly works for women empowerment by providing them technical and theoretical knowledge in every possible sectors to prove their efficiency and activision. WIE AIUB AG believe that this empowerment will help our future women engineers because many people do not view engineering as a suitable and sustainable career option for women ,we must dispel those myths and prove that we are just as good as our male counterparts.

Collaboration

To increase academic interests of women to a career in engineering and enrich them with proper and fruitful skills to make them best at their professional stage and make opportunity to create communities that fuel innovation, facilities, knowledge sharing and provide support through fostering collaboration to perform in critical workforces to perform smarter, faster and more productively. Collaboration will make latitude for womens to help each other and make the community stronger and bigger.
